As a pioneer of sustainable architecture and innovative design, it offers a unique synthesis of modern comfort and ecological awareness. The building has won several awards at home and abroad.

The Olm is located in Sand in Taufers in South Tyrol in the middle of a special natural landscape and embodies a new era of hospitality. 32 apartment suites and a special culinary offer have been created in the central square of the building.
The young and dynamic office of Andreas Gruber Architekten stands for sustainable projects with a high degree of innovation. The Olm is a zero-emissions concept that uses geothermal and solar energy and sets new standards for environmentally friendly commissioning. The use of local materials such as larch wood and stone not only gives the Olm a unique aesthetic, but also a strong connection to the surrounding nature.

The Olm embodies the future of hospitality – a future based on respect for the environment, innovation and luxury without compromise. A tribute to the beauty of nature and building culture and to the infinite diversity of human creativity.
